Meet AI the friendly way — with questions, crayons, and your own brainpower. Try three free activities right here.
These activities are free, need no login, and don't use any AI. They teach the same ideas as the book — spotting AI, writing clear instructions, and fact-checking — using nothing but tapping and thinking.
The one activity that mentions AI is the Prompt Builder. It only helps your child write a prompt as text. If you'd like to see it come to life, you (the grown-up) can paste it into your own AI tool. Popular AI chatbots are meant for ages 13+, so a child should never use one alone.
Robots can't read your mind! A great instruction (a prompt) needs a Who, a What, and a How. Build one below.
Who is the robot pretending to be?
What should it draw or do?
Add the fun details!
AI looks at little clues — called data — to tell things apart. Is each clue from a cat or a dog? Tap your answer!
Bots work fast, but sometimes they get things wrong — grown-ups call that a hallucination. Is each one a Brain Fact or a Bot Fib?
Loves asking questions and drawing. She double-checks every bot!
Works super fast — but sometimes gets a little confused.
Reminds us to always use our brainpower. Think first, check second!
